“Pakistan Pavilion Inaugurated at World Travel Market in London”

The Pakistan Pavilion at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London was officially inaugurated by Dr. Mohammad Faisal, High Commissioner of Pakistan to the UK, alongside Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Provincial Minister for Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department of Sindh. The event took place at the London ExCel, with Mr. Iqbal Hussain, Director of Tourism & Culture, Government of Gilgit Baltistan, also in attendance.

Dr. Mohammad Faisal highlighted Pakistan’s exceptional tourist offerings, stating, “Pakistan offers the best tourist attractions in the world. From the breathtaking mountains and valleys of the north to the rich heritage of the south, international tourists will experience the adventure of a lifetime by visiting Pakistan.”

Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah praised the organizers and the Pakistan High Commission UK for effectively showcasing the country’s tourism potential at global platforms like WTM. He emphasized the importance of such events in promoting Pakistan’s tourism industry to an international audience.

The Pakistan Pavilion, which highlights the country’s diverse landscapes and cultural heritage, is drawing significant attention from travel enthusiasts, international travel companies, and social media influencers.

WTM London, renowned as one of the world’s most influential travel and tourism events, serves as a key platform for networking, inspiration, and business opportunities. The exhibition continues from November 5-7, 2024, providing a valuable space for exhibitors to engage with the global travel community and the international press.
