Over four days, the event provided a platform for networking, business development, and showcasing innovations in event management.

Organisers reported that more than 3,500 exhibitors from over 150 countries participated, representing hotels, destination marketing organisations, travel suppliers, and event technology providers. Attendees included corporate event planners, association executives, and conference organisers seeking new partnerships and insights into the latest trends in the industry.

IMEX America 2025 featured pre-arranged business appointments, allowing attendees to engage directly with suppliers and destinations. In addition, the event hosted a series of workshops and seminars covering topics such as sustainability, hybrid events, attendee engagement, and digital transformation. These sessions aimed to equip professionals with the tools to plan more efficient, innovative, and environmentally responsible events.

Several destinations and hospitality brands took the opportunity to showcase immersive experiences, including luxury resort offerings, state-of-the-art conference facilities, and cultural activities designed to enhance international business travel. The show also highlighted the growing focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, alongside climate-conscious strategies for event planning.
