Airblue to Resume Pakistan–UAE Flights from 12 March
By Bilal Haider :

Pakistan’s private carrier Airblue has announced it will resume flights between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates from 12 March, gradually restoring key air links used by thousands of travellers each week.
The airline said the first phase of operations will begin with flights between Lahore and the United Arab Emirates on 12 and 13 March. The services will operate under flight numbers PA-412 and PA-413.
Officials described the move as the first step in a phased plan to restart international routes connecting Pakistan with major Gulf destinations.
Islamabad and Multan services to follow
Airblue said it would extend the schedule from 13 March to include additional flights from Islamabad and Multan.
Flights on the Islamabad–UAE route will operate as PA-212 and PA-213, while services between Multan and the UAE will run under flight numbers PA-812 and PA-813.
The UAE is one of the most important travel hubs for Pakistanis living and working abroad, and the restoration of these routes is expected to ease travel for expatriates, business travellers and tourists.
Gradual restoration of international routes
Airblue said the resumed flights are part of a gradual strategy to rebuild international connectivity, beginning with routes that have the highest passenger demand.
Passengers have been advised to regularly check the airline’s official website for updates on flight schedules, bookings and travel requirements.
The resumption is expected to make travel easier for overseas Pakistanis and strengthen links between major Pakistani cities and Gulf destinations, while also supporting business and tourism travel.
Advice for travellers
The airline urged passengers to confirm their flight timings and booking status before travelling and to ensure they have the necessary documentation.
Airblue said its customer service teams were working to ensure flights operate safely and smoothly as international services gradually return.
