Mohsin Naqvi Holds High-Level Security Meeting on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan

Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi convened a meeting on Saturday with federal ministers from allied parties to review the security situation and internal stability, with a focus on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Balochistan.
The session was attended by Chaudhry Salik Hussain (PML-Q), Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui (MQM), and Khalid Magsi (Balochistan Awami Party). During the meeting, Naqvi provided an update on the prevailing law and order conditions, highlighting the steps being undertaken to strengthen counterterrorism operations, maintain peace, and enhance coordination among security agencies.
The participating ministers praised the federal government and security forces for their efforts in safeguarding stability and countering militancy in the two provinces. They reaffirmed their full support for security personnel, committing to stand united in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
In a joint declaration, the ministers emphasised their resolve to collaborate closely to eradicate terrorism and ensure long-term peace and security across Pakistan.
