Islamabad:The Youth Digital Summit 2025 was held in Islamabad on Saturday, bringing together hundreds of young content creators, tech enthusiasts, educators, and digital activists from across Pakistan. Organized by Jurat Pakistan, the summit aimed to foster responsible digital engagement and promote youth-led innovation in the online space.

Held at the Jinnah Convention Centre, the day-long summit featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions focused on digital literacy, content ethics, online safety, and the role of technology in civic activism.
Addressing the gathering, Measum, founder of Jurat Pakistan and a leading investigative journalist, emphasized the importance of truth-based storytelling and responsible content creation. “Digital platforms have empowered youth with unprecedented reach,” he said. “But with this influence comes the responsibility to inform, not mislead.”
Participants engaged in sessions led by digital experts, educators, and social media strategists. Topics ranged from combating misinformation to using social media for social change, with a focus on creating safe, inclusive, and informed digital communities.
Speaking to the media, event organizers noted the growing influence of Pakistani youth in the digital space and the urgent need to equip them with the tools to navigate it responsibly. “Pakistan’s future lies in the hands of digitally empowered youth. This summit is a step toward giving them the guidance and platform they need,” said a spokesperson for Jurat Pakistan.
The Youth Digital Summit 2025 concluded with a call to action, urging young Pakistanis to harness the power of digital platforms for constructive dialogue, civic engagement, and social impact. Many attendees left inspired to initiate their own projects and collaborate on campaigns that address national and community-level issues through digital innovation.
The event is expected to return in 2026 with expanded programming and regional outreach initiatives.
